Since the 1950s, with the discovery of Non-intellectual factors by more and more scholars, the research about emotional quotient (EQ) has gradually attracted people's attention and concern. The psychologist divides people's intelligence into IQ and EQ, EQ is a psychology concept which related to IQ, EQ is the Emotional Intelligence. The proposing of EQ shakes up the status of intellectual tradition. It found that a person's talent, not only rely on IQ, but also more rely on EQ. As the main channel of School Moral Education, Middle School Moral Discipline plays an irreplaceable important role in the process of the students'EQ education. But at present, there are still have some phenomena of playing emphasis on the basic knowledge, while ignoring emotional education of the students in the curriculum practice. Therefore, it is necessary to study some issues related to students EQ in order to culture high-EQ and high-quality students and help them to form a sound personality. This paper researches culturing students EQ in middle school moral discipline in five parts by adopting progressive way, using the methods of experience summarization and documentation.The first part determined the general direct, defined the meaning of EQ, the relationship between EQ and IQ by combining EQ research theory at home and abroad. Then illustrated the importance of EQ culture in School Moral Education by revealing the relationship between EQ and school moral education, and expected to arouse the concern of educators. The second and the third part analyzed the problems, the current situation and the forming causes of EQ of middle school students in a long time. And then discuss the feasibility of EQ culture in the Middle School Moral Education in theoretical and practical aspects. The author hope to provide some basis to Middle School Moral Education in the aspect of EQ culturing by feasibility analysis, add determination and confidence in research project of EQ culturing aspect for educators. The fourth part researched the strategies specific approaches and methods of EQ culturing in middle school moral education from new curriculum reform-orienting, individual all-round development and the characteristics of middle school moral education. In order to be able to bring practical help to middle school teachers, the author strives to enhance the operational and comprehensive of the research methods. The fifth part researched the attention problems of EQ culturing in middle school moral education. Respectively illustrates in two aspects: the evaluation mechanism of the students in reforming and improving middle school moral education and moral curriculum examination. Hope to play a positive role in guiding and stimulating for students EQ culture in middle school moral education. The third and fourth part is the focus of this article. Provide the theoretical and practical support for the EQ issues respectively and concrete strategies and methods of EQ culturing in middle school moral education. At the same time, the fourth part is the innovation of this article. Previous researches on EQ are often limited to theory study, rarely refer to EQ education, the research of EQ education strategy of middle school students is even more lacking. The author as a educator engaged in middle school moral education and class teacher, combined with the EQ theory and the practice of moral education teaching, pointing to the EQ current situation and the problems of middle school students, researched how to break the traditional teaching mode in middle school moral education, effort to train EQ to students, better to play the function of intelligence education, moral education and psychology education in middle school moral education, and to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. The author has some useful exploration, hope to bring useful inspiration and help to educators. Of course, his section is the study difficult point.The author hope that through this investigation of the issue to explore a new way fitting to middle school moral education, providing the theoretical basis and methods to the majority of middle school moral education teachers, making the middle school class to be the main front and the main channel of improving the moral qualities of the students. Strive to penetrate moral education in teaching process, and actually enhance the emotional intelligence level of middle school students.
