Primary school teachers is the largest and most widespread geographical number of teacher groups, distribution of a group, professional level of primary school teachers will determine the level of Primary Education. But primary school teachers of Chinese education researchers on the characteristics of professional and specialized research is still in its initial stage. In this study, Shaanxi Normal University Preparatory School, for example, by tracking the interviews and questionnaires, trying to sum up the professional characteristics of primary school teachers, education and training for primary school teachers and primary school teachers to provide a reference for professional development.The first chapter of this thesis, introduce introduces the question of the origins of this study, the significance of this study, previous research results are reviewed to explain important concepts and research methods of this study.The second chapter is history for teachers professional development and current situation, described as a history teacher professional development events and the professional status of the teaching profession. This study provides a comprehensive theoretical support..Chapter three is primary school teachers and professional development. According to the author's internship at the Shaanxi Normal University to research and literature, trying to summarize the status of my primary school teacher and professional characteristics. Professional status of primary school teachers in China are mainly the large number of primary school teachers group, widely distributed; primary school teachers work long hours, heavy workload; primary school teachers work more than repetitive work. Professional status of primary school teachers for the training time is shorter, more specific training content; income low; less specific professional knowledge; the lack of professional autonomy; occupational prestige is low; mostly women. Primary School Teacher above features show that the professional development of primary school teachers are at the semi-professional stage of the professional level of primary school teachers is relatively low. At the same time with the primary school teacher education research related to small primary school teacher professionalization has not drawn more attention from scholars, which makes the process of professionalization of primary school teachers is more complicated and confusing.Chapter four is on professionalization of primary school teachers to study the characteristics, this chapter is the focus of the study. Professional characteristics of primary school teachers of primary school teachers is the professional standard of professionalism from the perspective of development and change tracks as well as professional teachers compared to other types of features. Professional characteristics of primary school teachers thought that the previous research, teacher professional development phase of the theory and its research needs, will be primary school teachers according to their professional development is divided into three types, namely, novice teachers, experienced teacher, key teacher, each of these three types of teacher professional development currently include the development level of professional knowledge, professional and moral level of development, professional training, experience and understanding, experience and experience of professional organizations and professional experience of primary school teachers, thoughts, through the interview sum up to track different stages of professional development of professional characteristics of primary school teachers, tried to sum up the last group of primary school teachers and characteristics of professional development.The fifth chapter is specialized for the status of China's primary school teachers to promote professional development of primary school teachers some suggestions.
