Primary school teachers is the largest and most widespread geographical number of teacher groups, distribution of a group, professional level of primary school teachers will determine the level of Primary Education. According to the author's internship at the Shaanxi Normal University to research and literature, trying to summarize the status of my primary school teacher and professional characteristics. Professional status of primary school teachers in China are mainly the large number of primary school teachers group, widely distributed; primary school teachers work long hours, heavy workload; primary school teachers work more than repetitive work. Professional status of primary school teachers for the training time is shorter, more specific training content; income low; less specific professional knowledge; the lack of professional autonomy; occupational prestige is low; mostly women.
