Classroom teaching is the basic organization of the modern university teaching. It is also the main way and important content of the undergraduate education. Teachers are the direct practitioners who work in the forefront during the teaching process. They thoroughly understand the practical teaching situation and are best qualified to speak of this matter. Their teaching ideas and teaching behaviors play an important role in improving the quality of teaching. Teaching behavior is the action that the teacher takes in the classroom for completing the teaching goal. It is the external emotional performance of teaching strategy and the entity part of the teaching activity.It forms the details and content of the teaching activity. Whether the teacher's teaching behavior adapts to the university directly influences the effectiveness of higher education. On the basis of the investigation of the teachers' classroom teaching behaviors in the university and through the procedure of theoretical discussion and practice validation, this study makes a systematic and deep analysis. It is based on standardizing and perfecting the teachers' classroom teaching behaviors, and improving the teaching skills and teaching quality. And then it provides some suggestions of the classroom teaching practice for teachers.Through a large number of related literature, the author employed classroom observation, questionnaire survey, teacher interview as research instruments and make a study, qualitative and quantitative as research instruments. It is divided into 4 parts.The first part is an introduction. It mainly includes the research background, literature review, research significance, research method and the definition of the related concepts. The second part is the analysis of the related theory. From the perspective of psychology, sociology and education, it discusses the theoretical basis of the teachers' classroom teaching behaviors in the University.The third part is the survey and analysis of behaviors in classroom teaching.Through classroom observation, questionnaire survey and conducting interview, the study discusses the college teachers' teaching behaviors in the following five aspects, classroom teaching, classroom questioning, classroom discussion, guiding of classroom exercises, and allocation of classroom teaching time. It points out college teachers' positive performances in classroom teaching, which lie mainly in being a good state of mind, focusing on the heuristic teaching method, emphasizing on the use of multi-media and recognizing the raising questions in the teaching courses. It emphasizes analyzing the behavior problems that exist in classroom teaching, such as the backward teaching concept, the indoctrination teaching form, the lack of effective teacher-student interaction, the insufficient attention on class-exercises and the unreasonable allocation of teaching time. It summarizes the main factors, concluding teachers' inherent behavior habits, existing assessment system, teaching aid facilities, culture atmosphere and students' classroom participations, which influence teachers' teaching behaviors. The fourth part is the implications of this study. From the macro-perspective to search the ways of improving teachers'teaching behaviors, it can mainly conduct from the following aspects, improving the social support and policy guarantee,updating college teachers' educational philosophy, and strengthening university teachers' reflective consciousness. From the micro-perspective, the specific methods are to grasp the good teaching occasion, to develop the charm of teaching language, to improve the quality of raising questions, to carefully organize the classroom discussion, and to emphasize on the arrangement and guide of class-exercises.
