Currently, as for the problem of evaluation of physical education, therefore, according to the present research state and future development tendency, Chinese scholars have done the massive research in the evaluation methods, mode, and the evaluation system. The evaluation attracted much attention on P.E. marks, body growth and health, guiding students to learn and promoting the healthy development of the body, and stimulating students' learning initiative. However, the scholars needs to be further studied on with specific application in the theory of the evaluation and practice. For that reason,, the author puts forward on the school physical education and health curriculum evaluation to promote students' development concepts, establish the developmental evaluation system, and verify that the experiment teaching, so as to guide sports and health curriculum evaluation practice activities, and promote the development of students.This research adopts synthetically several research metheds of documentary, experiment, investigation and interview and logical discursion to searched the theoretics of the evaluation of the developmental study and clarify the learning evaluation of the connotation, features, functions, etc. Secondly, based on analys on the current situation of the current sports and health curriculum evaluation methods, showing the gap between the evaluation method of learning and the current sports and health curriculum evaluation methods, It will be a theoretic and practical basic for the introduction of sports and health curriculum evaluation for high school. Thirdly, according to the new curriculum teaching goal, the characteristics of serious badminton module, the students'physical and mental characteristics, the concept of evaluation, based on objectivity, developmental, feedback principle, I ask expert opinion through the "principle of Delphi method, determine the content of the evaluation standard and weight, and evaluation method and construct the high school physical education and health development of learning evaluation model. Following the experimental research was performed on the first year Guangzhou NanWu sennior school studentson badminton vujacic, I design the experiment teaching plan and the results showed that: firstly we should help student nurturance good attitude to study and build up scientific view of value and enhance students' self-confidence; a little influence to improve performance skill for high school students, but effectively improve students' basic theoretical knowledge; contributing to high school students improve psychological quality, self-awareness, sense of responsibility and the spirit of cooperation with the ability to learn ; in favour of improving sports ability to learn.With the hope that provide the beneficial reference to the new curriculum evaluation, curriculum reform of theory and practice, this thesis re-recognizes devoploping school physical education, establishes health curriculum learning evaluation of developmental model and does experimental research.
