With the continuous development of the quality education reform,the developmental teaching evaluation of ideological and political courses has become a problem that must be paid attention to in the quality education reform.Quality education pays attention to human's subjectivity and develops human's innovative consciousness and practical ability.How to measure whether basic education meets the requirements needs to establish a corresponding developmental teaching evaluation system.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the application of developmental teaching evaluation in high schools.By combining theory with practice,this paper not only illustrates the theory of developmental teaching in theory,but also adds its own practical experience in writing.From the theory of developmental teaching evaluation,this paper expounds the developmental teaching evaluation in high school thought political lesson,the application of developmental teaching evaluation is under the guidance of people-oriented theory,to a certain value goal and the request of the teaching goal,the complete development,in order to promote the personality of being evaluators collection by using the method of scientific analysis and evaluation object information,the comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation object of a kind of teaching evaluation.It has the characteristics of development,comprehensiveness,emotion and process.The implementation of developmental teaching evaluation in senior high school is conducive to the realization of the basic goal of senior high school ideological and political curriculum;It is helpful for ideological and political teachers to evaluate students scientifically.It is helpful to guide students to form a scientific view of evaluation and promote their all-round development.The developmental teaching evaluation of senior high school ideological and political course is a kind of teaching evaluation that adapts to the cognitive development law of senior high school students and combines with the ideological and political discipline,in order to enable students to achieve the teaching goal in the aspect of knowing,feeling and acting.The investigation found that the implementation of teaching evaluation has made some progress: the evaluation content is more comprehensive;Pay more attention to the exertion of students' subjectivity and the mobilization of positive emotions;Pay attention to the students' proximal development area,so that every student gets the full development.But at the same time,there are some problems: the developmental teaching evaluation of ideological and political course does not reflect the individual differences of students;The developmental teaching evaluation method of ideological and political course is rather monotonous.The evaluation subject of developmental teaching of ideological and political courses is often too single.In-depth exploration can find that there are many reasons leading to the problems in the developmental teaching evaluation of ideological and political courses.The utilitarian evaluation standard ofone-sided pursuit of graduation rate restricts the implementation of developmental teaching evaluation.The lack of developmental teaching evaluation research hinders its implementation.To solve the problems of developmental teaching evaluation,we should: enhance teachers' understanding and ability of developmental teaching evaluation,and renew the concept of teaching evaluation;Beyond the simple and narrow utilitarian,pay attention to the comprehensive evaluation,and realize the diversification of the evaluation index;Strengthen the development of ideological and political teaching evaluation research,to promote the evaluation of practical and feasible.
