Social cognitive career theory pay attention to regulating action between environmental and occupational expectations of individual’s social cognitive variables. Family as the basic unit of society, plays an important role of individual’s growing up. However, parents as the very first teachers play an irreplaceable role. The main research content is the relationship of parental rearing styles which are parts of environment and individual vocational maturity, under the regulation of career decision-making self-efficacy. Previous research is of value of the affection a single variable on career maturity, ignoring the interaction of environment and internal factors. What is more, there is few research existing in Yanbian Korean high school students as subjects, And ethnic minority areas students’occupational psychology development also don’t get enough attention.Research adopts the method of stratified sampling, Research objects are550Korean high school students of Yanbian NO.1high school. We adopt the parents parenting scale, career decision-making self-efficacy scale and career maturity questionnaire, discuss the relationship of parents rearing styles, career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of Yanbian Korean high school students.Conclusions are as follows:1. Yanbian Korean high school students consider that the person who has the biggest influence of their future professional or career choice is in turn; parents, themselves, teachers, elders, brothers and sisters and others.2. The main parents rearing style of Yanbian Korean high school students is emotional warmth and understanding. The level of career decision-making self-efficacy is better than the middle. And career maturity level is not high, in the middle rdi level3. There exist significant differences on parents rearing styles and career maturity of Yanbian Korean high school students, such as gender, subject, one child, family structure, professional choice being consistent with their parents or not, grade, parents’ cultural level, parents rearing styles have significant differences on family structure.4. It exist significant differences on career decision-making self-efficacy, such as, subject, family structure, professional choice being consistent with their parents or not, grade, parents’ cultural level.5. Yanbian Korean high school students’ parents rearing styles, career decision-making self-efficacy have directly influence on career maturity. Parents rearing styles influence career maturity indirectly, though career decision-making self-efficacy.
