The Economic Development Research Around University In China

For the development research of economy around University , most research bases on the development of high-tech parks, ignoring the development research of consumption economy around the University .According to the situation of economy around University, the consumption economy of University is lack of unified planning and management. Thus, this paper summarize the present situation and problems of economy around University, and explore the measures of how to standard and develop the economy around University, by some questionnaire and research dates.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction. It is the summary of the research background, purpose, significance and the research status in China and overseas.The second chapter analyzes the theory basis of economy around University. First, it researches the function of University, then it defines the economy around University, and last, analyze the theory basic of this paper from the regional economic theory and cooperation theory of production and research.The third chapter analyzes the status of economy around University, find the reason and summary the status and problems of economy around University according to the questionnaire in University of Chengdu.The fourth chapter summarizes the measures that develop the economy around University.According to the research the economy around University of 9 different Universities in Chengdu, this paper find out the status and problems of the economy around University. Although there are some success examples of economy around University in China and overseas, such as Valley, Xinzhu of Taiwan, technical park of Zhongguancun in Beijing, most of them are research the relationship and influence between University and regional economics, or the cooperation between the University and enterprises. There is little systematic analysis research which from the aspect of University and lack of the business models which can be consulted by University,. Thus, all of these restrict the research of this paper.
