Cooperation And Double-win Situation

Education is a cause of fundamental importance for the future of our nation. With the further deepening of institutional reform of higher education, the local government have more autonomy in the field of higher education. Education becomes one of driving sources to promote economic and social development. In the rapid expansion of students in universities, harmonious development of higher education and regional economy has also become a universal concern. According to the current situation of the national higher education development, applying the ways and means of education economics, statistics, management, Jiangxi was chosen as the major study object here to analyze the harmonious developing issues existing between Jiangxi higher education and regional economy and adopt advanced experience of home and abroad to put forward corresponding strategy macroscopically.The thesis uses functional theory of higher education, human capital theory and urbanization theory as the fundamental theories, apply some researching methods such as comparative analysis, systematical analysis method to analyze the general relationship between local economy and higher education developing situation and investment income that individual gets from higher education in the view of economy. The thesis points out that the government should play its core role to realize double-win and create a better cooperation atmosphere between higher education and enterprise. Finally, the thesis brings forward strategic mode of harmonious development between Jiangxi higher education and regional economy in the points of ideology, organizational structure and institutional mechanism.
