Recent years, higher vocational education has sprung out in our country: the number of the higher vocational college , the number of students and graduates have been increasing rapidly. The scale of higher vocational education has taken up half of the whole higher vocational education. This is an agreeable situation. However, what is incompatible with the development is the lack of the standard for teacher's qualification of higher vocational education, which is the key to professional development of higher vocational teachers and involves consideration for the quality problem and future of higher vocational education. Therefore, the study on constructing the system of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education directly influences the consistent development of higher vocational education in our country.This paper tried to analyze the problem from the following six parts: First one is the preface, which mainly discussed the research background, proposal of relevant concepts, purpose of study, significance and thought. The second part made a comparison between the current status of higher vocational education and the systems of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education of all levels, including the current status of higher education, classifications and admission of teacher's qualification and the current status of the system of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education. As for the third part, the author mainly analyzed the systems of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education in foreign countries such as in America, Germany and Japan and made a comparison between them. The fourth part discussed the construction of the system of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education in our country, including positioning of the teacher in higher vocational education, the principles of constructing the system of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education, significance of constructing the system of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education, hardware conditions and software conditions for the construction and so on. The fifth part made a study on specialized construction of teaching group in higher vocational education, including the necessity of the specialized construction of teaching group in higher vocational education, current status of construction and the qualification, current status and problems of"The teacher with both teaching abilities and practical skills"and proposed some suggestions and solutions. The final part was the summary of my thesis and the thought on the prospects of the systems of teacher's qualification of higher vocational education...
