With the extensive use of the Internet, the information and the knowledge has been expanded rapidly in modern society .It is not so difficult to search for teaching resources on the network, but to select the correct high-quality teaching resources from the ocean of information. Nowadays we are short of supervision mechanism, management mechanism and the evaluation mechanism to the current quality of teaching resources on the network. The quality of the internet resources are in low level, and the construction of the internet teaching resources is restricted. Therefore, it is important to build the evaluation mechanism of the internet teaching resources.In recent years, so many universities and various companies pay plenty of attention to the customer satisfaction in their research. Actually Customer satisfaction is the evaluation of the product or the service in the purchasement. In this study, we investigate the primary and junior mathematical teachers'satisfaction of the internet teaching resources, the purpose of the investigation is to evaluate the internet teaching resources. This paper is based on the relevant theories of the customer satisfaction and the evaluation of the internet resources, and builds a new model of the customer satisfaction investigation to evaluate the customers'satisfaction of the internet teaching resources. After the analysis of the survey data, the study summarizes the conclusions which influence the satisfaction, and propose the suggestions to the construction of the internet teaching resources. So the main work of this research can be divided into two parts: first, investigate the customers'satisfaction; second, investigate the factors which affecting the customers'satisfaction.The new model is combined on the basis of the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ASCI) and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) . In this paper, the questionnaire was designed with the Technical Specifications of Education Resources, Assessment Scale of the Education Resources and the guidance of the network information resources evaluation system. The formal questionnaire was build and investigates after repeated tests and amendments.From the study, we can see that the score of the teachers'satisfaction to the mathematic internet teaching resources is not so good; the degree of the satisfaction is low. The main factors those affecting the satisfaction are the quality of the internet teaching resources, include the timeliness, instruction and the form of the internet teaching resources. Addresses those factors, author propose the suggestions to the construction of the internet resources so that the construction of the resources can be scientific, reasonable and can meet the users.This paper includes five chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the background of the study, significances, necessities, current research and also the methods of the study. In chapter two, mainly describes the theories which are used in the study. In chapter three, design the questionnaire. In chapter four, start the investigation, and analysis the research data of the questionnaires. In chapter five, makes the conclusions of the study, sums up the deficiencies of this study, makes some discussions on the future for the author's study. |
