Since the expansion enrollment of Universities in 1999, China's higher education has turned into the transition period. The Difficulty of Graduate Employment has arised. Nowadays, the Difficulty of Graduate Employment has become a major social problem which impacts China's higher education reform, development and social stability. It was concerned by a wide range of community and its appearance indicates the discord development of education and economy. It also indicates that there's no return on state and families'investments in training. If this problem can't be effectively resolved for a long-term, it will affect people's enthusiasm and passion to invest in education. At the same time, a negative impact will arise on the economic development and social stability. However, the high turnover rate of the fresh university graduates is inconsistent with the grim situation of the employment. At the beginning of they signed up the employment agreement, many university graduates already had the turnover intention. Although the graduates can choose more suitable job after they left, but from the long term, the high turnover rate of undergraduates, not only conducive to their own career devepoment, but also conducive to the enterprises'long-term development. Therefore, the study of college students'employment problem has a strong practical significance and urgency. In this study, drawing on the past related study at home and abroad, which about job satisfaction, personality characteristics and stability of employment of university students, we composed the "Questionnaire of Survey for flow of the Undergraduates Employment I&II". Respectively, we surveyed 185 and 518 college students using the fuzzy AHP method and the structural equation model. Finally, we obtained the following findings of professional values, job satisfaction, and the relationship between personality characteristics and the stability of the initial employment of undergraduates. Conclusions were as follows:1. When choosing occupations, collage students preferentially consider the following three main factors: enterprise region, nature of enterprise and enterprise scale; the bottom three were: corporate welfare, salary and whether professional counterparts. 2. The employment satisfaction of collage students measured by the fuzzy AHP method and the Five-Point method were respaectively 43.1% and 32.3%. Although they were different, but they both proved that: at present, the employment satisfaction of collage students was relatively low. The stability of the first occupation was also relatively low, the rate of expecting to leave for one year and two years were respaectively 65.4% and 43.4%.3. The employment satisfaction of undergraduates significantly correlated with the stability of the first occupation. Positive affect, negative affect and self-efficacy of undergraduates significantly influnced the stability on the first occupation through employment satisfaction. Positive affect and self-efficacy promoted the stability on the first occupation significantly; negative affect restrained it significantly. The employment satisfaction of undergraduates plays an important intermediary role on the relationship of positive affect, negative affect, self-efficacy with the stability of the first occupation. The influences which they worked on the stability of the first occupation mainly realized through the employment satisfaction.
