As a valuable human resource,our college students 'employment situation has always been the focus of attention.Comparing withthe number and structure of college students,their employment quality should be paid more attention at present.And the Ministry of Education annual college students "initial employment rate" of the statistica l data,has been difficult to reflect the current quality of employment of college students.To measure the quality of employment of college graduates,students should be from the reality of the feelings of employment situation,in which employment stability is an important indicator of the quality of employment.Stable employment of college students is not only conducive to the sustainable management of enterprises and social stability and harmony,more conducive to the accumulation of their own human capital,to achieve the development of human resources.There are many factors influencing the stability of employment.The majority of the current research has discussed the impact on the employment stability of college students from the perspectives of perso nal characteristics,human capital and social capital,and neglected the influence of the employees' own values.This paper discovers that the difference of professional values leads to the difference of individual job satisfaction degree,which also has an impact on the intention and behavior of turnover,which shows that the professional values,job satisfaction and employment stability are closely related.In this paper,the use of job satisfaction as an intermediate variable to "career values-job satisfaction-employment stability" of the research framework,the relevant exploratory research.Because of the characteristics of college students' work values,job satisfaction and job stability,it is difficult to directly measure and subjective measurement errors.In order to explore their relationship better,this paper adopts the structural equation model as the research tool.A total of 387 valid questionnaires were collected from the survey of 2012 to 2016 college graduates in Guangdong Province.SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 mathematical statistics tools were used to carry out independent sample t test and variance analysis to verify the different characteristics of the variables Whether the significant differences are made;the exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,validity test of the measurement scale,the test of the fitting degree of the model,the relevant test and other empirical tests,the following conclusions: the survey of college students' occupational values,Job satisfaction and job stability are at a moderate level.There are significant positive effects on job satisfaction and job stability,and job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on job stability.Job satisfaction has some mediating effect on the relationship between professional values and job stability.The personal characteristics of college students have some differences in professional values,job satisfaction and job stability.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,the author puts forward some suggestions on college students' own career development,school training mode,enterprise management and government policy.
