Research On Problems Hindering Executing The Entrepreneurship Policy Of College Graduates In China

As the higher education in our country has developed a lot, it has become the biggest one in the world. However, it also has brought problems of college graduates'employment which has and will influence the development of the higher education, economy and society in our country.Until now, governments have promulgated lot policies, which has played great role. However, there are also some problems. This paper takes policy execution as a factor to analyze college graduates'entrepreneur.Firstly, this paper explains related concepts and introduces the status of college graduates'employment. Then, this paper analyzes problems in the process of executing college graduates'entrepreneur.Secondly, this paper analyzes factors causing such problems, such as defects of policies and the execution, problems of policies executer, graduates, environment and oversight of policies execution.Finally, this paper discusses countermeasures to resolve such problems, including improving policy system of college graduates'entrepreneur, enhancing entrepreneur education and construct environment and oversight system which is helpful for college graduates'entrepreneur.
