The reform of social management system and the improvement of the Community Building and Community service calls for the full development of the Social Work. And the beneficial Policy environment makes it easy to practice Social Work in Mainland of China.Base on the Case Study of HQ Community service station, of ZGC Street in HD district and FYRJ service centre of FY Street in LW district, the author tries to find out the effective way of the indigenization of Social Work in China. In detail, the author analyzes the two representative cases in three aspects: the Extraneous Environment, the Internal Institutional Development and the Professional Service. By way of comparison, we can finally find out some important factors in common. Such as,the important of the role of government, the improvement of the faculty ability and the localized service and skills.The author tries to share these important experiences of the success and the difficulty on the way of Social Work localization. It is not only meaningful for the indigenization theory, but also helpful for Social Work to take root in the local community.
