"Combination of theory and practice"is one of the main topics in preschool education. However actuality tells that the way is still long to put theories into practice. Participation of children has been wildly discussed in recent years. As an ideal educational concept how does it change to behavior? And in turn what can children receive? With curriculum level theory this study attempts to present transforming process of theory of'Participation in all curriculum levels.Plenty of researches of children's experiential curriculum have been done based on curriculum level theory. But only few of studies were focused on the similarities and differences among more than two levels, even being less of perceived curriculum and operational curriculum. Previous studies show that differences do exist at all level of curriculum, and both of perceived curriculum and experiential curriculum present uniqueness.Qualitative research methods are employed in this study. The researcher actively participated and observed all research cases, in order to obtain more objective information by interacting with teachers and children as a peer. The results of research reveal that there are significant differences among all levels of curriculum. The difference between perceived curriculum and operational curriculum is most prominent from ideal children's participation to children's experiential participation. Therefore the researcher suggests that teacher's perceived curriculum could be further subdivided into two levels: surface perceived curriculum and real perceived curriculum. The data collected from all cases indicate that a big gap still exists between ideal children's participation and children's experiential participation resulting the worrying status of children's participation. Finally the research brought out a number of considerations on education evaluation and research.
