The teaching of reading is the basic way of achieving its curriculum aims, developing students'language literacy and enhancing the language proficiency of students in Language courses of Middle school. Furthermore, In order to properly implement the new curriculum ideas and bringing into full as regards function of educating people. We need to address a number of issues, existing in the process of their teaching activities. At present, the reading teaching emphasis at the migration and development of knowledge to guide students on the operational level,and focusing on the cult-invitation of the students reading skills. But it is the lack of a comprehensive, accurate and deep understanding of proper guidance and evaluation. It is not enough to guide expansion and migration in dealing with light reading for students and in dealing with the deep reading of the text mining and Implication.This paper attempts to apply transfer of learning theory and to explore new ways of teaching reading to build the classroom teaching of reading strategies to migrate.On the basis of reflect the current reading methods', the article first examines reading instruction, we need to raise this question of the new ideas, and its definition, characteristics, and basic requirements, and then we provide a possibility that from the horizontal expansion and vertical expansion of two-dimensional to be carried out to explore the theory and practice, and the corresponding reading migration implementation strategy is designed to move classroom reading instruction to explore new ideas, new methods...
