Thoughts On The Construction Of Safety Culture Of Secondary School In Minority Areas

School safety culture is the basis for school development, and it is the basic guarantee of teaching work. Without good school property and life safety protection for teachers and students, the school can not stand. Therefore, secondary school in minority areas should enforce the importance of school safety culture. As to the schools in minority areas, because of its environmental, economic, social and other reasons, the level of its campus safety culture lag. In order to find out the measures of how to improve the level of school safety culture in minority areas, we have to focus on the safety culture, not just the safety itself and we have to go through multiple ways to create a safety atmosphere and make teachers and students realize that the safety is the most as well as everyone should stick their fingers in the event positively, so that eliminate source campus safety accidents and keep the schools harmonious, beautiful and safe. What said above is the purpose of this paper.Based on careful investigation and research on safety culture in a secondary school of GanZi, the author made certain discussion and did the research of school safety culture of secondary school in minority areas, analyzed the problems and found the reasons, then offered some measures to solve the problems in order to improve the level of secondary school safety culture in multi-national areas.
