the context of this study bases on the 8th curriculum reform in China changes constantly in-depth, therefore, the main purpose is to solve the problems of teaching junior high school biology.In this study, we strive hard to bring "Humanistic Pedagogy" advocated by the "the student as the core" operational thrust into teaching practice, throughout the entire junior high school biology teaching in class, in order to explore adaptation of teaching strategies in the junior middle school biology teaching in class and provide a reference for other teachers.This study is divided into four parts.The first part expounds the content of the theory of "Humanistic Pedagogy". The second part discusses the value of this research. The third part discusses the research situation in China and in foreign countries.The fourth part discusses how to guide the practice of biology teaching in class under the "Humanistic Pedagogy" theory in junior middle school.In this study, the teachers hands-line basis to a random sample of A, B class form the first grade in 20th junior middle school as the experimental subjects, from the four areas as follows to explore:how to build a good teacher-student relationship, how to respect the needs of students interested in teaching design and practice, how concerned about the development of the direct of the students and how to improve the academic performance of students. After the round of teaching, both from the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the experimental, the results show:the research achieves the basic set targets, the application of "the student as the core" in teaching processes, create the good relationship between teacher and student, the stronger sense of studying biology, the good results of learning, so as to promote the healthy development of all aspects of the students.
