Teacher income of rural primary school is related to the teachers'fundamental interests ,teachers'enthusiasm, initiative and creativity,and also affects the teachers'stability and the rural education development,it is worth attention.Sichuan is a great western economical province,Shandong is one of the eastern coastal economic open cities,they are large educational provinces.Studying teacher income of rural primary school in Sichuan Daying and Shandong Juxian has important signifiance for enriching and developing teachers team construction theory,promoting education balanced development,strengthening the rural teachers team construction.The problem of this paper is teacher income of rural primary school,it is based on basic educational theory and economic theory etc.Applying the methods of literature method,questionnaire method, interviews method, comparative method and so on,the author puts forward the feasible proposal according to revenue reseach on teacher income of Chuan Lu rural primary school.The steps as follows:The first, pose problem, form thought.According to the problem,after refering to correlated literature,sorting researched results, the studying thought is formed.The second,design investigation,choose samples. Questionnaires and interview outline are drawn up which based on correlated references and pre-investigation, samples are choosed by research need and actual situation.The third,spread investigation,find issues.Investigate is spread centering teacher'salaries(including base wages,bonus,allowance,subsidy ) and extra earnings,teacher real income,teacher expected income,teacher income level,teacher income satisfaction,teacher enthusiasm and so on.According to the investigation,the problems as follows:teacher income is lower,teacher income region gap is wider,teacher wage lacks driving,teacher income satisfaction is lower.The last,analyze causes,put forward suggestions.The revenue causes are analyzed from economic development level,education investment policy,teacher wage system,school management. Then puts forward the feasible suggestions from the above four aspects according to cause analysis.Summing up the above study,the conclusion is drawed:there are such problems in rural primary school as teacher income is lower,teacher income region gap is wider,teacher wage lacks driving and so on from the survey.They are potential crisis in teachers stability and education quality in rural education.If eliminate the potential crisis and change the income revenue,teacher income level must be enhanced especially western rarul primary school, solving teacher income needs develop economy continually, healthilly and fast,solve the problem of unbalanced regional economy development reasonably,reform the teacher wage system and education investment policy profoundly,enhance the school management level unceasingly.
