Application Of Mobile Phone Video Feedback Method In Swimming Training Of Sports School

Research purpose:In our country,sports school is the foundation of the cultivation and selection of reserve talents in competitive sports,and it is the main source of high level athletes in our country.The swimming team of Changshu sports school constantly tries to improve the training methods and means to improve the effectiveness of training in the condition of limited funds,lack of coaches and training time.According to the characteristics of the low visual utilization rate of swimming and the weak abstract understanding ability of the athletes(before 12 years old),we attempt to use the mobile phone video feedback method to improve the effect of swimming training.In this study,the effects of mobile phone video feedback method on the swimming performance of the experimental subjects were studied and discussed in the 24 athletes of 9-10 years old at the Changshu City sports school.The study provide theoretical and experimental basis for the feasibility and necessity of using mobile phone video feedback method in sports school swimming team.Research method:This article uses the literature material method,interview method,the mathematical statistics method and the experimental method and so on,mainly uses the experimental method on 24 athletes(9-10 years old)from the Changshu City Sports School to perform the experimental intervention.Athletes will be divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group contains 6 people of 9 years age and 6 people of 10 years age;the control group contains 6 people of 9 years age and 6 people of 10 years age.The experimental group and the control group receive exactly the same training content and training intensity,and watch the video playback together with the coach two times a week,then listen to the coach's evaluation and guidance.The difference is that the video playback is only get from the team members of the experimental technique.That is,the experimental group can see their own technical actions,and receive targeted evaluation and guidance from the coach,while the control group can see the technical actions of experimental group but cannot see their own technical action.Research results:1.In the 6 x 50 meter freestyle swim in a minute lump sum,the average time,the average number of stroke,and the Golf index between experimental group and control group had significant difference(P<0.05).2.In aspect of turning in freestyle,the difference between experimental group and the control group in the middle of experiment was statistically significant(P<0.05),when the difference was not statistically significant in the later stage.3.In aspect of turning in breaststroke,the difference between experiment group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05)both in the mid and late stages.Conclusion:1.The mobile phone video feedback method is beneficial to the athletes' master of the technical movement of the free style swimming,and to improve the efficiency and stability of the swimming technique.2.Mobile phone video feedback method can shorten the athletes' learning time of free style turn and breaststroke turn,but for raising the results of freestyle turn and breaststroke turn have little effects.Suggestion:1.For new athletes or for athletes who learning new action,the mobile phone video feedback method can be used to help athletes master action faster.2.When the athletes have obvious errors,the use of mobile phone video feedback method can help the athletes to correct the error in time.3.In order not to affect the normal teaching order,the coach may consider inviting the parents of athletes to complete the video capture and transmission.The coaches only need to make evaluation and guidance in the WeChat communication platform after training.4.Not only swimming coaches can use video shooting and feedback to improve the training effect,coaches from other projects can also try this method.
