Teachers in secondary vocational schools,as a part of teachers,have to face a series of other problems in their growth besides those faced by ordinary teachers.This is determined by the training objectives and objects of vocational education,and directly leads to the situation faced by teachers engaged in vocational education and the situation faced by teachers in general education are different.In view of this situation,this research adopts a method of narrative research,based on the real education and teaching work of professional teachers in vocational schools,takes the author's personal experience as a clue.At the same time,observe the life of vocational school students and other teachers around them.Through the above approaches,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the growth of professional teachers in secondary vocational and technical schools,and puts forward some Suggestions to solve the problems.The study is divided into the following sections:The first part is the introduction.It mainly discusses the reasons for choosing this topic,summarizes the related research status,refines the research significance,and expounds the research methods and innovations.The second part is a detailed record of the education and teaching work of professional teachers in vocational schools.It describes thewarmth and frustration a new teacher encounters in work,and describes the sentiments brought about by these stories to teachers' growth,starting from the point where a new teacher grows up.The third part is the reflection on the growth of new teachers.Taking time as a clue,the author carefully ponders over the confusion in the growth and the people and things that help her grow up,and summarizes the author's perception of growing from a first-time teacher to a qualified teacher and to maturity.The forth part analyzes the measures to promote the growth of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools from three aspects.The first is to improve the self-growth consciousness of teachers,mainly from the correct personal motivation and set up career goals.The second is to improve teachers' self-growth ability,including learning ability,reflection ability,adaptability to work and comprehension ability.Third,to build a good interpersonal relationship,the school to create a harmonious and upward working atmosphere,teachers should take the initiative to integrate into this collective.
