At present, China develops rapidly in this social transitional period, which has a profound influence on social ideology and the development of physical and mental health of adolescents. New changes taking place in education pose an unprecedented challenge the ideological and political education in secondary schools and make the task even more important in this new era.An educator of physical and mental health of adolescents in the new era should think deeply ideological issues .If these persist, it's dangerous for the young people ,the future and hope of China.For this purpose,the study analyzes the influences of different and complicated ideas on adolescents and the current problems in ideological and political education in secondary schools as well as collectes data from five local secondary schools through questionnaire survey. The questionnaire investigates the characteristics of secondary school students. Based on the findings, the study puts forward a series of measures, such as creating good external environment, making good use of physical classes, valuing traditional culture and utilizing the Internet technology, etc.
