"Chinese fever" with the development of the times and constantly rising, more and more Chinese lovers choose to learn Chinese, people interested in Chinese is more and more strong. The intermediate stage of learning Chinese, textbook choice is very important, this paper applied four this intermediate materials--"the bridge","intermediate Chinese course development of Chinese"(intermediate),"new ladder"(intermediate),"climb the intermediate Chinese course" as the object of study, the interest to study the problems of intermediate Chinese Comprehensive Textbooks the. Compared with the primary materials, intermediate course interesting significantly reduced, but we can not ignore the intermediate materials of interest, because a material interest can increase the students’ interest in learning chinese. This paper will take the teaching Chinese as a foreign language interest principle as the basis, combined with teaching intermediate Chinese comprehensive course, the situation of study and analysis of the selected interesting principle in the teaching material, from the text, teaching practice and printing part investigates the analysis material interest, and through the questionnaire in the form of analysis, to provide effective data, in order to find the material interesting problems. In this paper, the existing teaching theory as the research foundation, analysis of interesting factors embodied in teaching materials, and puts forward some suggestions about the interesting principle and application methods in the preparation of intermediate Chinese textbooks, hope for the future of Chinese textbooks and improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to make micro thin contribution.
