Along with China and South Korea as the social, economic and cultural aspectsof relations between the two countries is increasingly frequent, caused "mandarinfever" in South Korea with Korean learning Chinese also increases year by year.The teaching of Chinese as a second language, phonetics teaching is the mostbasic, the voice is the material shell of language, is the carrier of language, it is thehuman communicate, are used to represent meaning of the sound. Therefore, theprocess of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, Chinese phonetic teaching shouldbe in the teaching occupies an important position. But now most of the languageteaching focus is concentrated on grammar and vocabulary, only in the primary stageof teaching Chinese phonetic learning get a bit seriously, after a couple of weeks asthe beginning of the grammar and vocabulary teaching, the phonetic teaching willgradually fade.This paper from the Angle of view of the teachers, by studying the Han Hanphonetic pronunciation rules, hope to be able to achieve the following objectives:through the comparative analysis to find out voice and regularity, as well as thesimilarities and differences of Chinese and Korean and listed in the form of a table.Of consonants and vowels in Korean and Chinese contrast analysis, summed up theChinese and Korean pronunciation methods like phoneme, similar to the Chinese andKorean pronunciation method, Chinese have no Korean, Korean Chinese nopronunciation, such analysis can not only enhance our comprehensive understandingof the two sound systems, and more help to both language teaching and learning fromeach other. These analysis results can be applied to the han Chinese teaching speech,also have good reference significance to other foreign language learning; By voicecontrast research summarizes the method for Korean students phonetic learning, andteaching design accordingly. Author is not broken in, on the basis of the originalsyllabus set for the primary stage of south Korean students learning Chinese phoneticteaching content and method, through to the south Korean students Chinese speechproblems existing in the learning process, the teaching content and sequence of theappropriate increase and adjustment, hope this design is able to improve the ability ofsouth Korean students oral English speech plays a certain role, so as to improve the level of student’s voice, let learners to lay a good foundation, better and faster tomaster the target language; Published at home and abroad in recent years a variety ofChinese phonetic teaching, the teaching material problems which are worth our usingfor reference, which need our attention, whether these materials suitable for Koreanstudents Chinese phonetic learning, therefore, the final chapter on the current Chinesephonetic teaching material carefully analyzed, based on the general teaching material,the country’s Chinese phonetic textbooks and south Korean domestic use most of theChinese phonetic teaching material has carried on the preliminary analysis, I hopethis research in the future for south Korean students learning Chinese teachingmaterial choice to provide a little help.
