With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, people have shown higher cultural levels and spirit demands, and become stricter on the brand and quality requirements. Besides, the competition between the enterprises and brands has become more and more outstanding. Under the new social environment, in face of the severe competition of the domestic and foreign markets, the shaping of the enterprise brand image has already become an important constituent part of the enterprise development strategy. How to shape and promote the enterprise brand image according to the development status and cultural connotation of the enterprise has already become worthy of studying and focusing.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and refine the research achievements related to the shaping and promoting of the enterprise brand image, analyze the material, sort out the theoretical framework of the enterprise brand image construction strategies, apply the case research method, and then put forward shaping and promoting strategies with operability according to the development demands of the enterprise.Especially as for the Chinese local traditional enterprises, to participate in the severer market competition, it is infeasible to only rely on the products. Therefore, to develop the modern enterprises, it is necessary to attach great importance to the construction of the enterprise brand image, promote the market competitive force, and then increase the benefit and social reputation for the enterprises. On the theoretical basis, this paper makes empirical study on the enterprise brand image of Shaanxi Earth Seed Industry Co., Ltd, and finishes the related design. Then, it points out the current development status, problems and image change reasons of the enterprise brand image of Shaanxi Earth Seed, puts forward suggestions and solutions in the form of design examples, and then figures out a set of new enterprise visual image system.
