Classroom management is an important factor which can affect teaching. The problembehavior of students is the key point in classroom management. The problem behavior inthe primary school classroom is the key point and difficult point of the primary schoolchildren’s education. Teacher Action Research focuses on the teachers as researchers andthe profound self-exam in actual action, analyzes the problems, works out plans to solvethem and enhances the teaching results. Teacher Action Research is also a short-cut foron-the-job teachers to improve themselves. During the teaching, the author found theclassroom problem behavior in the3rdand4thgrade in the Dicken district in the ColegioHispano y Inglés School. With the application of the method of Teacher Action Research,the author found some specific approaches to solve problem behavior.This paper is subdivided into four parts:The first part is the introduction part of the article. It introduces the origin of the thesis,the purpose and significance of the topic, the theoretical background: the student problembehavior in the category of classroom management and action research, research methods.The second part is about Classroom Management in the Chinese classes with theusage of the action research method. Different solutions are proposed about the orderproblems before classes and the main problem behaviors during Chinese classes.The third part introduces the five Chinese classroom problem behaviors and solutions.The fourth part is the reflecting and summary of the full text, which summarizes theways to solve the problem behavior.The author hope that it can provide some quotable experience for the new teachers,make them fully realize and play the advantage, meet the shortfall, form their own teachingstyle. At the same time, by the research of Canary primary school Chinese classroomproblem behavior and countermeasures, the author also hope it can play a valuable role inthe future research work for scholars and contribute to the Chinese international education.
