In the national medium and long term control reform and development plan(2010-2020), the importance of the role of art education in the education of the whole people is highly valued. The arrangement of art education curriculum has been raised to an unprecedented position. Music education as an important part of art education, especially the higher music education plays an irreplaceable role in music education and teacher training. Higher music education as a national regional(local) teachers training base and music education teacher development research base, is responsible for the important social responsibility. How to play the task of college music education teacher training? Several generations or even more than ten generations are exploring and studying the development of music education. And the exploring study is embodied in the curriculum, the curriculum is "die" and consideration of scientific education "mold", a comprehensive grasp of human knowledge, music aesthetics, music performances, music interpretation, teaching method of music and music technology skills and make it healthy development and has the ability to extend the knowledge. The design summary of curriculum is embodied in the cultivation of talents with Chinese characteristics, and also reflects a philosophy and methodology. In this paper, the professional music college music education curriculum set compared to the horizontal and retrospective study, to the local analysis summary, find curriculum of general rules and education principle in the general conception of philosophy.
