Recollection Of Nostalgia - Reapplication Of Local Elements In Peach Blossom Day

The New Year Print of Taohuawu,Which is one of the famous paintings of folk woodcut in our country. It is developed on the basis of Huizhou woodcut printmaking, and form its own unique artistic character. Its art elements directly extracted from the folk customs of southern region, such as people, animals, buildings, objects and other elements of civil society, with a strong local meaning, and these most pristine native elements have important reference for contemporary artists.This paper analyze theme,composition form,shape and color characteristics about New Year paintings of Taohuawu and extract the relevant local elements by using creative practice law, method of data collection, analysis and qualitative analysis,and look for the theme "Nostalgia" relevant visual data to exaggerate and deform processing, composite image, thus complete the work of creation. This paper mainly talk about on how to reflect local elements of Taohuawu to artistic works,and hope it play a nostalgic recollection and release stress for modern man, also provides a theoretical and practical reference value, play a valuable role for later who study it.
