A Study On The Legal System Of Providing For The Aged In Urban Community In China

Chinese economy has obtained the rapid development since the Third PlenarySession of the eleven party has happened, with the rapid population growth, thetendency of population aging is accelerating, so, To solve the pension problems areimminent. The aging of the population have a great impact on China’s economic,political and cultural aspects.at the same time, it brings challenges to China’s pensionsecurity system services. The pension problem is a problem that the whole societyconcern at present, In recent years, the NPC and CPPCC and other importantmeetings are also important concern endowment. Now, thinking on the pensionsituation of our country not only for the elderly is necessary, but for young people,and young people could lighten their burden and any menace from the "rear", thenfrom one side to improve our social welfare system and community construction.
