A Study On Urban Community Old-Aged Care In China

In the process of the development of modern human society,it is a major task for the state government to provide good public service for the majority of the elderly,and to improve their life quality.While contributing to the world economy and in the process of rapid urbanization,the aging population has become a big trend in China.In the face of the growing huge elderly population,there is an demand for the provision for the aged and the contradiction between supply and demand of the service for the aged.The traditional family pension and institutional pension have been great challenge main worry as t to meet the needs of the elderly,and the community pension is a new form of solving the problem of the old age.At present,some cities in China have initially established community old-age service system through years of practice,providing services to the elderly based on the community,and the management and provision of community service for the aged are in the stage of continuous improvement and development.This paper makes a theoretical and practical study on the new and effective old-age form for the elderly in the community.From the practical point of view,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the existence of the urban community in our country,taking the pension practice of the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city community as an example,and drawing on the experience of the social community,and puts forward the effective countermeasures.It is hoped to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further development of urban community endowment in China.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas and methods of the article,and points out the innovative points and difficulties of the article.The second chapter mainly defines the relevant concepts and studies the theoretical basis for the development of community endowment.The third chapter and the fourth chapter objectively analyze the main problems and causes of urban community endowment in China.The fifth chapter,taking the practice of community endowment in Tianjin Eco-city as an example,introduces the community endowment cases,service effects and problemsin this area,the places to be improved and the reference significance.The sixth chapter,on the basis of the related experience,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems and reasons introduced in the third and fourth chapters,introducing ways to consummates the community old-age legal system,enlarges the policy support;consummates the community old-age supporting system,promotes the service precision;enlarges the talented person training dynamics,constructs the specialized management system;the government enlarges the fund investment,widens the fund channel.It is supposed to introduce some feasible ways in four aspects,namely,the contingent of people,the government's increasing investment and broadening the channels of funds.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and outlook,including the summary and future prospects of this article,including the summary of this article and the direction of further work.After summarizing the contents of the previous chapters,it puts forward the description of the prospects for the development of urban community pension in China,and draws the conclusion that the community pension will be continuously promoted and perfected in our country.
