Research On Public - Centered E - Government Process Reengineering

With the rapid development of information technology in the world,E-government as the main symbol of government information more and more attractedto people’s attention. With the development of E-government, people recognized thatthere is no good combination of E-government and government, government processescan not meet the application requirements of E-government.This paper analyzes thestatus of E-government in the government process and government process issues;presented public-centered E-government process reengineering,in order to raisepropose steps and implementation strategies of public-centered E-government processreengineering.In cases of Wuhan citizens home site,summed up implementation andeffectiveness analysis of public-centered approval process reengineering.According toE-government process reengineering theory,establish implementation strategies forChina’s government process reengineering,provide new ideas for E-governmentprocess reengineering.Making public-centered E-government process reengineering toimplement in practice.ultimately increase public satisfaction with governmentservices.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is an introduction,introducesresearch background and significance of the article,meanwhile summarizes the currentstatus of research at home and abroad,and proposed the general idea of this study.Thesecond chapter defines the concept of E-government process reengineering,describesthe meaning and characteristics of E-government process reengineering,analyzeproblems and causes of E-government process.The third chapter presentspublic-centered E-government process reengineering,summarized the necessity ofpublic-centered process reengineering,analysis of the function of public-centeredE-government process reengineering.The Fourth chapter uses the reorganizationprocess theory to study public-centered E-government process reengineering,proposedprinciples and guidelines of process reengineering,and summarizes the implementationstrategy of public-centered E-government process reengineering.The fifth chapter isthe case with Wuhan citizens home site,describes the implementation and effectivenessanalysis of public-centered E-government process reengineering.The sixth chapter isthe main conclusions and research prospects of the paper.
