Abstract:Recently years with the real estate’price upward,our central government enacts policies and laws Especially policy and law of public house,to control the rise price. My thesis analyzes the public house’policy and laws in china and out of china,the relation between public house and real estate price,the tendency of enacting the policies and laws of public house. The real estate price rises upward with the economic development is logical,so the thesis gives some legal advises about the policies and laws of public house. We hope the commercial house building can promote the development of public house from the beginning of bidding, like this,the real estate price can deduce.Many people possess themself house and better life.
