A Study On The Responsibility Sharing Of Government And Society In Community Service

This article concentrates on the role of local government and non-governmental organization in community services, and discussed the current situation of responsibility distribution between the two sides. It also illustrated the community services in foreign countries, analysised the question on community service progress, bring up the new relationship pattern in responsibility distribution system. Then, based on the research report of jiading town Good-neighborly point program, an analysis has been launched based on the new public service theory and the new public management theory in case to find out the shortage in governmental and community based role-playing, along with the suggestions in the future responsibility distribution. This article is purposed to provide an alternative selection in an omnibearing and multilevel way.
