Research On The Cultivation Of Adolescents' Leadership In American 4H

The abbreviation for Head、Hand、Heart and Health is4H.It was originally dedicated to promoting the promotion of new agricultural technologies, and now aims to cultivate the all-round development of youth,especially cultivate young people’s leadership. This paper focus on why and how4H organization cultivate young people’s leadership, mainly using the method of literature and induction. And discussing the4H’s background of training youth leadership, youth leadership culturist, the content and the ways of leadership training.There are four chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an introduction,this part points out the purpose of this research, research questions and research methods;The second chapter points out4H organization youth leadership cultivation background;the third chapter is about the leadership team and the eduction learn, this chapter provides support for the fourth chapter, it lays the foundation for youth leadership cultivation content and ways in management level and organizational level.The fourth chapter is content and implementation approaches of cultivating youth leadership, this part expounds the eight elements of youth leadership, according to the eight elements,4H organization cultivate youth leadership from three aspects.they are creative thinking training, citizen quality cultivation and health life cultivation.Finally as the conclusion, this part is the summary of the research on the overall and give enlightenment on cultivating youth leadership in our country.
