The Discussion And Analysis Of The Current Status And Problems Of Juris Master In Western Minority Areas

From the establishment of Juris Master in1996to today, the education of the Chinese J.M. has gone through for17years, and the term " Juris Master" has been widely known. However, because the training courses of J.M. vary in every university, there are greatly differences in many aspects, such as the source of applications, and the employment rate,etc. Especially as the major of Juris Master has appeared since2009, J.M. is not just for non-Legum Baccalaureus undergraduate talents. In terms of the J.M., especially in western areas, it is particularly important for the discussion about the future training modes and mechanism reforms.In this paper, the status of J.M.educational development in the western minority areas, especially as the status of J.M.educational development in the Inner Mongolia University an example, has been extremely explained in details. Through the investigation and analysis of the current status, I know that there are indeed several problems existing in the J.M. education in the western minority areas. Therefore, I elaborate the corresponding solutions for these current problems. The author has studied the writings and related papers of many domestic scholars to get the ideal and pragmatic solutions, especially making the thorough and meticulous investigation of Juris Master Of2001and2002from Inner Mongolia University. As one of the "211Project" universities in ethnic areas and the major export base of legal talents in Inner Mongolia, I propose perfect suggestions on the mechanism reforms and innovations by analyzing, reflecting, researching and investigating the current status and problems of the J.M.’s educational modes, which has an important significance on the development of the J.M. education in the western minority areas.
