In the system of legal education in china, Juris Master (referred to as JM) has more than10years, but still it is a new thing. Juris Master in setting professional degree of talent and academic talents differentiation performance, is the modern society occupation division refinement, the social division of labor results, is also our country legal occupation of reality. The education of master of law is a legal occupation as the background of the graduate level education in the legal profession. It set the training target in the level above the law, practice oriented undergraduates has a distinct legal occupation background, and the traditional law students do not have specialized compound structure. Master of Laws in education is the first important attempt in the practice of China’s legal education reform, and the Master of Laws in the formation and development of the education system is a reflection of the outstanding problems of the current legal education, but also deepens the understanding of the law of development of legal education in the promotion of our legal education reform and improvement also has an important role.Master of China’s legal education is combined with China’s specific conditions and legal education, the status quo established on the basis of the Training Mode to learn from American JD. Due to the different specific conditions and legal systems, the establishment of the Master of our legal education some of the features of its own. At the same time, the establishment of the Master of our legal education system caused by the rapid development of the socialist market economy, democracy and the legal system and legal education reform and other factors, its formation and development of its own laws.Juris Master in the education system in our country has gone through16years of development, each pilot institution in the process of running, accumulating experience and lessons learned, and formed in this process with standardized and institutionalized and scientific mode of teaching. In the study of Anhui University, for example, from the Master of Laws in education recruitment, curriculum, teaching methods, teaching staff, dissertations, and employment destination can be seen that the actual situation of the Master of our legal education.But in recent years, with the growing number of Master of Laws Degree in Education of the number of candidates, the corresponding size of the enrollment also continues to expand, many of the inadequacies of the education model of Master of Laws, or incompatible with the present stage of economic development increasingly apparent. These problems are generally included in the curriculum, teaching methods, educational resources, training philosophy, employment, direction, and many other aspects. How to solve these problems continue to develop and improve the Master of Laws in the education system is an imminent problem.Faced with so many problems that exist in the Master of our legal education model, its analysis, which corresponds to the Master of Laws in the mode of education enrollment system, teaching system, teaching methods, the optimal allocation of educational resources, and Master of Laws the position of vocational education with specific recommendations for reform, comments and suggestions to promote the Master of our legal education further development and perfection.
