A Study On The Present Situation Of NPO Project System Participation In Community Service In Xi'an

Along with the rapid development of Xi’an city society and economy, as well as the deep development of city community construction and community service. grassroots community structure is currently in the process of rapid transformation and reconsolidation. In addition to, the non-profit organizations in this period both in scale and quantity obtained the swift and violent development, urban community service and community construction of Xi’an plays an irreplaceable role in promoting. In this study, the author will take the NPO participate in community service of the specific way of project scheme as the breakthrough point, this study through the questionnaire of Xi’an NPO participate in community service and service center of Xi’an X community service practice of research, make people realize the Xi’an NPO project scheme to participate in the internal mechanism and the present situation of community service, and on the basis of the questionnaire survey and practice situation of NPO participation in community service, and to the plight of NPO exists in the process of community service for root cause analysis, and then find out the optimization and upgrade the path of the Xi’an NPO participation in community service.The main body of this research includes two aspects:on the one hand, the author through the questionnaire survey to the current situation of Xi’an NPO participate in community service, points out its advantages and disadvantages, roles and functions; On the other hand, Xi’an X community service center of floating children into practice as an example, the project service in action on the basis of the practice of research and the interview analysis, the author focus on the process of project scheme to participate in community service, difficulty and its reason was analyzed, trying to find out to help improve the path of the NPO project scheme to participate in community service. Finally, this research will be the project scheme as a means of NPO participate in community service, the development of the NPO’s relationship with the community service system and other issues discuss and summarize.Based on the above results and discussions, the author points out that contemporary Xi ’an city community service system at the grass-roots level is from the traditional structure of" Unitary structure " to " Dual structure ", and is adaptable in theory and change the way of service, community service and service mode in the process of project operation is good or bad, directly affect the NPO participation in community service level change. At the same time, the author thinks that, the research of NPO project scheme to participate in community service, help to enrich the means of community service, provide theoretical basis for the process of NPO in community service and the policy support, to the development of NPO itself and build a new type of community service system to provide a broader thinking space.
