Research On Information Management Of Public Service

With the openness and reform outside of the world, the economics of China hasmade the great progress and the development of the cities has also been in rapidgrowth. The lights systems of the cities play more important roles in the process ofthe city construction. To some extent, this system is the brand and name card for acity. Digital technology development offers cities more chances to be more beautiful.Therefore, the management of light system of the cities will be progressed with thedevelopment of the city plantings and constructions. Besides, this kind of resources isbecoming more and more outstanding during the management of the cities underthe public service management system. From this aspect, there are higher demandsfor the management of city lights. As is known to all, public service management is acitizen-centered system. The development of the society and cities has resulted fromthe open policy and growing economic with the scientific and proper public servicemanagement system. It is certain that there is lack of perfect management systemand the methods used are simple, loose and inefficient. This thesis is illustrating andanalyzing the information management from the aspect of the public service. TakeWuxi City for example, the thesis is describing the lights management system basedon the digital information management, trying to build a perfect and scientific publicservice system to manage the lights systematic models to serve for citizens better. Atthe same time, information management in the city construction and service will begradually improved and used widely. as for the governors of the cities, having a clearsense of using information management technology and approaches to enlarge thecity is of great vital at present city construction. It will be a great success thatmanaging lights systems in cities with the knowledge of information and publicservice models. Thus, there is a further development in build, manage and serve thepublic management in a steady and safe way.The thesis can be divided into six parts.The first part is introduction, mainly illustrating the research background,literature analysis, research object and approaches. The second part is introducing the concepts of the public service managementand information management. Meanwhile, there are also some descriptions aboutthe development of these two concepts.The third part is illustrating the applying process of the informationmanagement technology and some existing problems in the management, trying topoint out the directions of the management development.The fourth part is the example of Wuxi city, and illustrates the present situationsof the lights systematic management, including routine running, maintains and theregulations of managements. There is urgent need to manage the lights system withthe information management technology.The fifth part is mainly analyzing the benefits and promotions when informationmanagement systems are used in the lights system management from the aspects ofdaily management, informative management and humanity management, aiming topromote the management level of the public lights in Wuxi city, making the publicslight management realize the real humanity and preciseness.The sixth part mainly deals with the strategies and suggestions for Wuxi citylighting information management proposals. Based on laws and regulations, thedepartment of the public light administration needs to actively promote the dailyproduction management and information management of public lighting further, soas to strengthen the public lighting construction and reasonable planning. Secondly,it is essential to utilize the reasonable and effective funds, to realize informationmanagement of asset and equipment, and to provide effective managementefficiency. Information technology is the basis of strengthening supervision andmanagement to improve the service level and quality of public lighting management.At the same time, experts and scholars are organized to conduct collaborativeresearch, aiming to applying for financial subsidies by using the policy to constructand manage an energy-efficient public lighting management information system.The last part is conclusion, which will summarize the thesis in the overall view,and then get a conclusion for the thesis.
