As one special spatial organizational form of the industry, IC (industrial clusters) put up extraordinary energy in the economic systems of nowadays world and attract deep attention from researchers and decision-makers in many fields. The article is devoted to studying IC'basic theory and IC'management theory based on integration theory, and then takes QingKou AIC(Automobile Industrial Clusters)as a typical case for empirical study. The article is divided into five parts: Part one mainly elaborates theoretical and empirical retrospect both abroad and at home, then, points out its superiority and drawback. Part two is devoted to constructing a basic theory frame of IC from the angle of integration theory. It explores the definition of IC, the formation mechanism of IC , the general characteristic of IC, the classification of IC and the density of IC. Part three mainly constructs a tentative theory frame of ICM(Industrial Clusters Management ) from the angle of integration theory. Firstly it explains the integrated internal force between the integrated units by the way of mathematic description. Secondly, it points out that the competitive advantage of IC is only a kind of possibility but not necessity , and therefore amplifies out the problem of ICM. And then focusing on ICM,it explores the problem of improving IC'internal force and brings forward the countermeasures from three sides: Improving the environmental characteristic value(E(t)↑), improving the quality of the enterprises in the clusters (∑Qi(t)↑), and reducing the psychological distance between the integrated units both inside the clusters and outside the clusters (d(t)↓). On the basis of the theoretical analysis frame mentioned above, part four chooses QingKou AIC in Fujian province as a typical case, explores the developing status and the problems existing in the growing process of QingKou AIC,and carries on analyzing the ICM from the angle of empirical study. At last, the conclusion and academic prospect are educed too.
