The author want to explain, how does the Sichuan Hi-way Environment Protection and Virescence Development Co., Ltd., achieve speed, healthy and sustainable development through implement the reasonable and effective strategy plan to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the company, on the conditions of sustain growing of China economic, the successful application of 2008 Olympic Game in China, the diversity of the customer's request, and the fission and the change of marketingIn the first part, the author introduce the general concept and current status of the "Company" and point out the virescence development in China is now in the primary phase and will face a lot of challenges during this phase. "Company" is now under the same industry environment, and will face the same challenges.In the second part, the author makes an analysis on the Macro and Micro environment of the "company" through the policy, economic, social culture and technology analysis (PEST Analysis), life cycle analysis, five competitiveness modules and External Facts Evaluation matrix (EFE), explain the huge marketing opportunities and pleasant development future in the virescence industry.In the third part, the author analysis the situation utilization of the material and immaterial resources of the company, contingency resources, and resources balance through the Resource Research Method, and set up its own Internal Facts Evaluation matrix.In the forth part, the author uses SWOT matrix analysis the Threatens, Opportunities and Advantage weakness that the "company" faces. The author did a research on different projects through the Boston Consulting Group Matrix(BCG). According to opportunities greater than threatens, advantages greater than weakness,the company should take enhanced strategy, make marketing penetration, marketing development and product development, to acquire the stable competitive advantages.In the fifth part, the author explains that, the company should adjust the management system, service system, and company culture during implement the enhanced strategy to build the core competitiveness.In conclusion, the author expresses that, how the "company" implements the enhanced strategy to cultivate the core competitiveness and to acquire the sustainable growth.
