| Business enterprise is an important part in supply chain, so researching and applying supply chain management (SCM) in business enterprise is great significant to strengthen whole supply chain competence and improve management level of business enterprise.This article researches SCM of a business enterprise------Chinese joint-capitalcompany of Metro. Metro is one of three largest retail group in the world, its internal SCM system has been perfect and standard, especially its customer management system. However, it still has some defects, it doesn't make good use of resource from enterprise outside, so that it can't attain to the best on costs and efficiency. This article analyzes SCM situation of Chinese Metro and propounds: the core thought of SCM innovation of Metro is to build "win-win" strategy cooperation relations with suppliers; sharing information among enterprises in supply chain is prerequisite of supply chain cooperation; Metro can utilize e-business model to realize supply chain cooperation with suppliers; adopt VMI tactics to improve stocks management; in logistics, Metro should improve logistics level by developing TPL and building distribution center.This article will be a reference for SCM of business enterprise. |
