The corporate culture is the important strategic resource of enterprise's survival and development, is the most strategic, basic and decisive element to constitute the enterprise's comprehensive strength. In nowadays developing economic rapidly, fierce times day by day of enterprise's competition, any enterprise wants to grow up in the stormy waves, strengthen in growing up, it can sit and have the corporate culture that has already had but once and for all. To meet the new environment and need and inject the new blood into corporate culture constantly have already become the important choice that enterprises promote management quality, strengthen the vitality and competitiveness.Revolution is the enterprise's eternal theme. Corporate culture not only is the enterprise's strategic supporting factor of development, but also become the important start of strategic reform. To regulate various kinds of resources inside and outside enterprises through enterprise's cultural revolution, obtain the lasting competition advantage and promote the enterprise's key competitiveness have already become the most important factor to keep the company working well.The text base on the dynamics, objectivity of the enterprise's cultural revolution, grasp its regularity , support by case, refine out six steps of enterprise's cultural revolution which is innovative, practical and effective: Head storm â†' The group structuring â†'The essence reform â†'Encourage of short period â†' Feed back of the assess test â†'Consolidate the reform.
