Studies On Mining And Reutilizing The Knowledge In Industry Conversion

Industry conversion is a process filled with risks and challenge, and there are many enterprises defeated in the course of conversion, even some famous ones. Study the history of enterprises, we found that there are exactly some enterprises made conversion successfully such as Jialing, Honda etc. The success of industry conversion is up to many factors, but they all mined and utilized company's knowledge more or less, and through which completing the rebuilding of technological capabilities in company. So it's very important to study the mining and utilizing of knowledge in industry diversification. At present, the articles on mining and utilizing knowledge are many, but generally focused on Nonaka's creating knowledge, and studies mining and utilizing in whole, which is difficult to became an analyzing tool and a guidance to company. This paper studied knowledge mining and utilizing respectively, and brings forward a method to explicit tacit knowledge. Then analyzed how to utilize knowledge, especially tacit knowledge difficult to explicit in Industry Diversification.In this paper, the concept of Industry Diversification is defined and the relationship between knowledge and technological capabilities is analyzed. Then on the basis of the previous relative reports on the four aspects such as knowledge management, knowledge identifying, explicating knowledge and utilizing knowledge, the foreign and domestic related researches are reviewed. Then analyses the method of identifying knowledge and utilizing tacit knowledge difficult to explicate in person and organization with cases study. Based on the above research, the method of utilizing media to identify knowledge and explicating tacit knowledge are supposed, and the tacit of explicating tacit knowledge easy to explicate in person and organization is mentioned. Furthermore, puts the avenue of utilizing tacit knowledge difficult to explicate in person and organization, at the same time, the method of utilizing explicate knowledge is also studied.Based on the above research, the two main conclusions have been achieved. For one thing, the profitable internal knowledge of industry conversion is identified through media method. For another, the reuse of the internal tacit knowledge which is difficult to be emerged is realized by industry diversification through cooperation with other company, similar transfer, technological learning. Thus the theoretic guidance and analysis tool are offered forindustry conversion and the directions is provided for government make a policy and take action.
