Study On Influence Factors Of The Growth Of S&T Business Incubators

The Science & Technology(S&T) Business Incubators play important roles in promoting the S&T productions translation, industrialization and creating job positions and improving the area economic development. As an enterprise that incubates entrepreneurial ventures, the S&T Business Incubators have been developed for 17 years in china and grow well with the help of the government. But there are still some problems that block the growth of the incubators. So this article tries to analyze the factors that influence the growth of S&T Business Incubators, and through this way to discuss how to achieve continuable development by adjusting and innovation.This paper summarizes the theory studies of the incubators and the enterprise growth, compares the different characters between the S&T Business Incubators and the general enterprises, and point out the problems during the growth process of the S&T Business Incubators; analyze the factors that influence the growth of the S&T Business Incubators; study deep into the growth balance and the growth path of the S&T Business Incubators; analyze four growth stages of the S&T Business Incubators, and table proposals according to the problems that the S&T Business Incubators encounter during the growth process, so as to provide some help to the continuable development of the S&T Business Incubators.
