With the gradual developing of our real estate marketing, the key to success is to form a high quality and efficiency marketing team. As the oriental department, marketing team's achievement is far more related to the company turnover. What appeals to the excellent marketing talents is the reasonable and competitive salary, which is also the necessary condition to energy the employees. This thesis first introduces the developing conditions and main characters of our real estate, then demonstrates the use and meaning of studying the marketing team's salary system ,at the same time illustrates the present condition of the real estate. Familiar with the basic salary theory ,upon the marketing team's structure , this thesis systematically make a whole evaluation of marketing team's salary. Based on these, according to the information about ShenZhen HuaQiang Company and DaZhongYi Company,this thesis compare the problems on the salary system in these two companies and give a reasonable analysis. Finally, by studying the related cases, this thesis draw its conclusion and bring out several means on resolving the problems of the present salary system in real estate marketing team.The salary system of marketing team needs to relate with the practical needs of marketing administration , and emphasis is paid on the administration for various aims and for the whole process of marketing . The administration of real estate marketing is a dynamic process. There is no completely adaptable standard model in the salary system of real estate marketing team, so it needs continually adjusting. In order to meet the increasing requires for marketing talents in real estate, the reasonable and systematic salary system in marketing team is to be the important issue to be resolved in the company fast developing process. For the above reason, by analyzing the cases, this thesis seeks to construct the more reasonable salary system of marketing army, which meets the company development.
