Furthermore, we should develop deep research, standing on the higher level and basing on much more extensive visual.The Allowance for Purchasing Agricultural Machinery is one of agricultural supporting policies, that benefit is outstanding, and which effect is obvious, and which is believed that that is one of important policies to realize great-leap-forward development of agricultural mechanization. The policy is propitious to develop of agricultural mechanization and the improving the ability of agriculture production, and to increase the food yield.
