With the development of Science and Technology, more and more people transfer Physical Labor to Brainwork;Due to prevalence of information technology and advance of work efficiency, modern staffs feel more job stress. To research Job Stress, we are do less in our country, oppositely, there are almost centenary in overseas.This research based on overseas and domestic study, aim at some staff in east of china. It takes the method which is research literature and questionnaire, discuss the Job Stress problem.It will have three steps in this research: 1, It is based on pre-investigation and establish the factor of Job Press. 2, Refer to some overseas theory and practice study, confirm every diathesis of index, then scheme out the questionnaire which mentioned in this thesis. 3, Using this questionnaire, investigate the staff in the east of China, and analyze this data apply SPSS11.0. Then find the effect mechanism.Most of these Hypothesis gained validate in this thesis. Through the factor and result variable of the Job Stress, it is remarkable that the social support react on medi-effect on Job Stress. This result can provide reference for manage staff Job Stress.
