With the rapid development of economy, more and more women began to work outside. The fast-paced work frequency, high work intensity and mutative work environment became their work portrayal.Research has shown that professional women not only have the same daily work pressure with male workers, but also have to face stress from gender, family and society. Work stress like a pressure cooker. Stress, such as "overload","office politics"." imbalance between family and work ","gender discrimination","glass ceiling" make most professional women physical fatigue and mental injury, which severe harm to women’s physical and mental health, as well as their normal working life, of course, it’s bad to enterprise economic benefits.Therefore, it is necessary for modern enterprise to study professional women’s work stress and offer effective measures. In this paper, with the intention of professional women as the research object, through the analysis of status and relationships of professional women’s work stress, social support and job satisfaction, to alleviate the pressure of work and occupation female human resources management of enterprises to provide scientific theoretical guidance.on the basis of largely reading the relevant literature of job stress, social support and job satisfaction, the author takes professional women who work in private, state-owned and foreign-funded enterprises of Henan, Hebei,Guangdong, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenzhen as investigation object, through interviews and questionnaires to collect data, first from the various work pressure source of summarized that causes the occupation female work pressure on the main pressure source, inspect their work stress, social support, job satisfaction status;then through correlation and regression analysis of occupation female job stress and job satisfaction, social support and job satisfaction, job stress and social support and the relationship between social support on job stress and job satisfaction relationship, to explore the occupation female working pressure reaction process; finally according to the conclusion of the study, the control pressure from the source and enhancing social support of two dimensions present occupation female working pressure relieving strategy.Through a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis and research, this paper draws the following conclusions:1、professional women in work will feel the pressure of a medium level, which mainly comes from the organizational culture, job demands, job approval and job growth in four aspects, professional women’s social support status presented a moderate level, in which the subjective support and utilization of support level is higher, and the occupation female is good at communication, a problem actively seeking emotional support character match. Occupation female in work overall level of satisfaction in general, is not very ideal, especially in salary benefits, job achievement, promotion work returns, low satisfaction.2、There is a negative correlation between Professional women’s work stress and job satisfaction. When work stress increased, professional women’s job satisfaction will reduce. Thus by controlling professional women’s pressure source, we can reduce professional women’s work pressure and improve their job satisfaction, as well as promote professional women having more active participation in the work. In addition, occupation female four major sources of work pressure, job demand and job satisfaction of the highest degree of correlation, that is the requirements of the job satisfaction has the greatest effect, therefore, in occupation females work pressure source control, special attention should be paid to improving the work load from, work time, work relationships work requirements for.3、There is a positive correlation between Professional women’s social support and job satisfaction, when social support enhanced, professional women’s job satisfaction can increase.The subjective social support and job satisfaction have the highest degree of correlation, namely professional women subjective support on job satisfaction effect.It alert the management to increase professional women’s social support,especially subjective emotional recognition, help, support, can improve professional women’s job satisfaction.4、There is a negative correlation between Professional women’s social support and work stress. Increasing Professional women’s social support and the utilization can alleviate the pressure of work. In addition, Professional women’s subjective support and utilization of support have a significant correlation coefficient with work stress and it’s dimensions, in which the subjective support has the highest correlation with organizational culture and job pressure Therefore, increasing professional women’s subjective support is meaningful for easing Professional women’s work stress.5、Social support plays regulatory role in professional women’s work stress response. It can affect the relationship between professional women’s work stress and job satisfaction, making the negative correlation smaller. Professional women’s work stress adding in effective social support can increase their job satisfaction.
