Social support had been frequently researched by a lot of scholars in work stress area, for it's directly related to work circumstance. These researches had focused on the impact of mental health, but its fluence on the effect among in social support, work stress and job satisfaction had been rarely concerned. The paper had been investigated the scope within Zhejiang (mainly in Hangzhou) IT worker. Analysis of social support, work stress and job satisfaction among the composition and dimensions of the mutual relationship. The purpose of this study is to investigate the evidence of the interaction between the three and their effects and the basis of the recommendations focused on stress management.Founded on the review of the previous researches, this paper identify what have been done in these researches and what should be expanded in this literature, construct the research model including these variables which have been mentioned in the above paragraphs, and then put forward the hypotheses of this paper,specify the design of this research.Based on the hypotheses construct, the research was conducted in two stages:(1) Analysis of interviews. Different levels of management from the IT industry of the staff interviewed, reflecting generally summed up IT staff, social support and pressure working environment variables asked items Empirical studies of the contents of the questionnaire below that laid a foundation. Meanwhile, let interviewees support the work of different social tensions and satisfactory performance comparison, Empirical studies below for further examination of situational variables because of the buffer variable to lay the foundation.(2) Empirical Research. Analysis of research and interviews in the past, based on the questionnaire design of this study, the principal of Zhejiang Province, China. The small staff conducted a questionnaire survey on the IT industry. Valid questionnaires recovered through factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis stratified right, assumption of this study verified and improved.Empirical studies, the combination of interviews and analysis stage of the study, this paper drew the following conclusions : ①Work stress has good and bad effect.
