Investigation Into Guality System Construction For Telecommunication Project Building Company

Based on a great amount of literature and information on ISO9000, the thesisexplained the theories and method of the quality management system,eight qualitymanagement principles, and the seven-core management thought of ISO9000. Havingcompared the quality management system with the other management system, therelationship between the quality management system and the other excellencemanagement modes is investigated.Through analyzing the quality matters in the project of the communicationconstruction, the importance, necessity and the unusual sense of improvement in thequality management are explained. After presenting some successed cases of ISO9000at home and abroad, it is demonstrated that introduction of ISO9000 intocommunication construction in our country is feasible and realistic.Having defined the concept of quality management frame, the importance and theneed of design of the quality system are explained. In view of the characteristics of thecommunication construction industry and environment, the frame of the quality system,including the design principle, the design elements, the organization frame, theworking procedure and performance of guality management is formed. To evaluatingthe guality management system, the AHP is applied.At last, how to establish and run the quality management system for thecommunication construction enterprise, is discussed with help of the example ofthe communiucation construction company in Hebei, and evaluation ofperformance of the quality management system and the benefit analysis aremade,with new idea of the quality system and the improvement proposed.
